Output ofpropane‑propylene fraction bythe Companys refineries in2011 was 295,000t.

The main challenge for the Companys petrochemical business units istoachieve growth ofmarket share byentering new high-margin product segments. This will beachieved byexpanding the range ofpetrochemical outputs, helping the Company tobuild alarge-scale vertically integrated petrochemical business by2020.

In2011, therefore, our petrochemical business units made plans for increased aromatic hydrocarbon outputs and production ofolefin-containing liquefied hydrocarbon gases, and for further refining ofthese outputs.
