Gazprom Neft credit ratings in 2011

Gazprom Nefts long-term credit ratings were confirmed in 2011 as BBB- (Standard& Poors) and Baa3 (Moodys), with both carrying astable forecast.

At theend of 2010, Standard & Poor's reviewed and changed its rating forecast for Gazprom Neft from negative to stable. Simultaneously, theagency confirmed theCompanys long-term credit rating of - and its national scale rating of ruAA+.

The Companys ratings were not reviewed by Standard & Poors during 2011.

The Companys credit ratings are investment grade, which creates additional opportunities for loan financing and reduces thecost of loans.
